Ticketmaster privacy policy blasted

Is there any "service" company that has more negative PR than Ticketmaster? It seems like everyone I know has at least one negative experience with them.

Why would it be so tough to offer an "I just want the tickets" option? I don't care about cross-promotion. I'm capable of finding the events I want to attend and purchasing tickets for them, otherwise I wouldn't be buying any in the first place.

I answered my own rhetorical question. It's the US Postal Service. I spent an hour there yesterday while one employee worked as slowly as possible and another took 30 minutes to clock out on his register, refusing to help anyone in the rapidly growing line.
