Invited to go on a 7 day Hawaiian Cruise with my wife's family to celebrate her grandparent's wedding anniversary. Not bad for a six-month anniversary for ourselves...

Spent two days in Honolulu before boarding the cruise and got to scuba dive with my brother-in-law, both there and in Kona. Night and day difference between that and Lake Travis.

The cruise took us to Kona, Hawaii; Lahaina, Maui; Nawiliwili, Kauai, and Fanning Island (don't ask). We cruised some beautiful blue seas, climbed green mountains, and watched a luau on Maui while my parents called in scores from the Texas-Washington Holiday Bowl.
